1. How to place my Order?
You can click on the Buy Now button and it will link you to the steps of placing your Orders. The
procedures will be shown in Placing Orders page.

Order > Confirmation > Invoice > Payment > Delivery
3. How I make the Payment?
You can transfer or bank-in your money to our store's account.
4. What should I do, after making the Payment?
Email or fax us the transfer/ bank-in slip, and we will dispatched your items immediately.
5. When should I make the Payment and what is the status of my Items?
You are advised to make the Payment within 3 working days after receiving our Invoice. We call this
period Pending Period, and during this Pending Period, the items you Ordered are being reserved.
6. Where are the stocks shown in the Website?
All the items shown in this Website are displayed and stored in our shop located at Kuala Belait., or otherwise
will be stated.
7. How long do i have to wait for the items?
Once we received your money, we will dispatched your items immediately and you shall received your
goods within 3 working days.
8. Why the items shown in the Website are subjected to availability?
When one of our motto is to offer exclusive choices to our customers, that's mean all the pieces will
come in limited quantity. While the pictures are out in our Website, the items are being displayed at our
store too. Therefore, there might be a chance for the item to be sold out.
